Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Restaurant Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Restaurant Marketing initiatives. This field-based role focuses on traffic growth, brand building, active community engagement, and local marketing initiatives. They also support customer marketing requests, trade area-level canvassing, and brand-building efforts.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
• Support divisional market priorities, including trade area planning, fundraiser coordination, and managing partnership requests through the Community Request System (CRS)
• Assist with new market entry and restaurant openings through planning, canvassing, and local team coordination
• Coordinate catering outreach and influencer requests by coordinating with Regional Partners and manage post-order follow-ups
• Support campaign execution, KPI tracking, validation efforts, and operations alignment
• Contribute to competitive blunting and traffic-driving strategies in focus markets
Travel Requirements:
Up to 40%
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of marketing experience
• Required to live within an assigned area in or near Los Angeles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Possess a valid driver's license
Starting from $83,200 - $85,000 annually plus incentive*
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.
