Job Description
Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.
The Training Intern supports the Training Execution team by assisting with training programs and project work, with a primary focus on supporting MIT systems and processes, TR/CTR coordination, and related Training Execution needs.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Training Execution projects and day-to-day team tasks
- Assist with the MIT Request for Training (RFT) process support
- Support with MIT schedules and TR/CTR placement needs
- Help with inbox management, bonus processing, and other training-related processes
- Support other training-related projects, including introductory instructional design, as requested
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
- Current Raising Cane’s Restaurant Zone Manager or Restaurant Manager in good standing with Restaurant and Business Unit Leaders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and organize data
- Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
- Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
