Job Description
Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.
The Total Rewards Intern supports the Total Rewards team by assisting with project work and tasks across Compensation, Benefits, and Crew Systems & Reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in core Total Rewards functions and cross-team coordination.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Participate in Total Rewards projects and day-to-day team tasks
- Support Compensation-related initiatives and data needs
- Assist with Benefits projects and program support activities
- Participate in Crew Systems & Reporting work, including Workday-related support
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field
- Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
- Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
