Job Description

Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.

The Restaurant Excellence Intern supports the Restaurant Excellence team by assisting with operational project work and contributing to initiatives that enhance Restaurant performance. This role provides hands-on experience in operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.  

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to operations initiatives by supporting project development and implementation efforts
  • Participate in components and activities of assigned projects, including pilot development, testing, feedback collection, and project rollouts
  • Provide relevant knowledge and insights from operations experience and coursework
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Excellence team on standards and operational support needs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Current Raising Cane’s Restaurant Zone Manager or Restaurant Manager in good standing with Restaurant and Business Unit Leaders
  • Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
  • Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
