Job Description
Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.
The Crew Standards Intern supports the Crew Standards team by assisting with day-to-day project tasks and helping maintain regulatory and operational compliance across our Restaurants. This role provides hands-on experience while contributing directly to the business.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Support Crew Standards initiatives by contributing to assigned projects and team tasks
- Assist with execution of various components and activities of assigned projects
- Provide relevant knowledge and insights from educational experiences
- Support the Crew Standards team with compliance and standards-related tasks
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources
- 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in relevant field
- Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
- Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
