Job Description

Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to supporting the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.

The Cane’s Love & Events Intern supports the Cane’s Love & Events team by assisting with project work and activities related to culture programs, reporting, event preparation, and event execution. This role provides hands-on experience with internal engagement initiatives, summer events support, and event planning processes.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Cane’s Love & Events projects and day-to-day team tasks
  • Participate in organizing and maintaining Cane’s Love inventory, materials, and digital files
  • Support analytics and review needs for Cane’s Love initiatives and events
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Support coordination needs across Cane’s Love programs and events

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Event Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field 
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
  • Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
  • Able to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support scheduled events
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
